Blanch the sliced squid tubes in boiling water for 1 minute.
Take the squids out from the pot, soak in ice, and let it rest aside.
In a frying pan with olive oil, stir fry the onions and capsicums until they are soft. Add salt & pepper to taste.
After letting all items cool, mix the squid and the stir-fried vegetables together in a bowl.
Squeeze some lemon juice over the salad prior to serving.
