• Ocean Gems Tiger Prawns
• 1 Large Onion, Sliced
• 1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
• 1 Pound Ground Round
• 1 Can (250g) Tomatoes
• 1 Can Mild Green Peppers
• 2 tsp Finely Chopped Jalapeno Chile Pepper (optional)
• 1 Can (335ml) Tomato Sauce
• 1 tbs Chili Powder
• 1 1/2 tsp Salt
• Dash Cayenne Pepper
• Dash Ground Cloves
• 1 Small Bay Leaf
• 1 Bag Tortilla Chips
In a heated pot, add in Onion and stir till soft.
Add the rest of the ingredients in a pot set to a medium heat.
Simmer and add in the Tiger prawns and let boil for 3 minutes.
Turn off the heat, and season with salt and pepper.
Spread tortilla chips on a plate and dish the sauce.
Garnish with Sour cream and jalapeño.
