1no cooked lobster
100gm Japanese breadcrumb
100gm chopped almond
1tbsp Dijon mustard
1 clove minced garlic
4tbsp olive oil
Remove lobster meat from the shell and cut into chunks.
To prepare the crust, mix together the Japanese breadcrumbs, almonds, garlic and olive oil. Mix this preparation with the lobster meat.
Pre-heat the oven for 10 mins with just the top heat, at 180deg.
Now place all the mixed ingredients back into the lobster shell.
