Remove lobster meat from the shell and cut into chunks.
To prepare the crust, mix together the Japanese breadcrumbs, almonds, garlic and olive oil. Mix this preparation with the lobster meat.
Pre-heat the oven for 10 mins with just the top heat, at 180deg.
Now place all the mixed ingredients back into the lobster shell.Drizzle with some olive oil and grill in the pre-heated oven. Once the breadcrumbs start to brown, remove it from the oven and it's ready to serve.
